Cindy A. Sojka, P.A., was formed in 1998 in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, when Cindy Sojka decided to start her own law practice. The Law Firm mainly represents victims of negligence, including persons injured as a result of automobile accidents, slip and falls, faulty or dangerous products, medical negligence and other incidents in both State and Federal Court.

We offer free personal injury consultations to answer any questions you may have regarding your case. We take a case from start to finish, through trial if necessary. However, many cases can be settled without the necessity of going through a trial. In the event there is no monetary recovery on a personal injury case, there are no attorney fees charged to the client.

Cindy graduated summa cum laude from DePaul University, in Chicago, Illinois, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola University of Chicago. She became a member of the Illinois Bar after passing the Illinois Bar examination, where she remains on inactive status. She became a member of the Florida Bar after passing the Florida Bar examination and has been practicing since then in the Palm Beach County area. Cindy practiced personal injury law as an associate attorney and as a law partner in other firms before deciding to start her own law practice in 1998 in Palm Beach Gardens. She is a member of several professional associations, including the Palm Beach County Justice Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Southern Trial Lawyers Association.

For over 25 years, Cindy has been representing victims of negligence throughout the State of Florida, concentrating her practice mainly in all types of personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, medical negligence and insurance disputes. She is currently the managing partner of Cindy A. Sojka, P.A., located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Cindy is hands on in her representation of clients. She prefers to speak personally to her clients when they call and personally meets with them for conferences. She aggressively fights for her clients' rights in the pursuit of justice.
